To ensure the freshest products we send out each order as quickly as we can. This does mean that once an order is placed it’s may be very difficult to add extra items to that order.
Currently you can’t reserve a product as we produce in small batches. We can hold (reserve) products for 30 minutes when you add them to your basket.

We send out post second class recorded delivery. This usually takes 2-3 days via Royal Mail. Within the EU it is usually 3 to 7 days.

Yanga Natural is a vegetarian company, but we’re not completely vegan. At present, around 90% of our products are suitable for vegans, as we only use beeswax, which is beneficial for the skin or hair, and which we use in some of our products. However, we always keep vegans in mind when formulating new products, and we try to ensure that there is a vegan alternative available in all our different ranges.
We are in the process of obtaining 5m recyclable pouches, but due to the current pandemic we are facing difficulties in sourcing. We hope you can understand that this is for a good reason and as soon as they are available, we will let you know!
We understand that sometimes you might want to try a product before buying a full size. If that is the case then we are still offering our smaller sizes! These are a great way of trailing our products and discovering if you like them before investing in any of our full sizes

e are 100% transparent with how natural and organic each product is. All of our products are at least 98% natural, with the majority falling within the percentage of 99-100% natural.All of our products have varying percentages of organic and natural ingredients and within the year we will be working towards the process of completing all the paper work to become organic certified.The only ingredients we use that are not organic are water and preservatives (we only use preservatives in minimal amounts). Preservatives are also the only non-natural ingredients we ever put in our products; however, we are currently investigating 100% natural preservative alternatives for these products.
We only use preservatives in products that contain water, i.e our body washes. Our oil -based products do not contain preservatives.
